ULMA drainage in the new sport facilities of FemexFut
Over 1,500 linear meters of drainage channels have been supplied.
The Mexican Football Federation, which is responsible for the organisation, validation and regulation of competitions, clubs, players and professional and amateur referees in the country, has relied on ULMA Architectural Solutions drainage solutions for its new sports facilities located in the municipality of Toluca, in Mexico.
ULMA drainage solutions have been chosen for this project thanks to their high-quality material, polymer concrete, and the aesthetic solutions it offers.
A SOLUTION FOR EVERY NEED
In the main access of the building, we opted for the SELF200 channel, with a grooved grid. These inverted T-shaped grids are the ideal solution for cobbled areas, pedestrian paths, squares, etc. They perfectly match the paving, without sacrificing the capacity of hydraulic collection and are suitable for load classes up to D400. They maintain aesthetics, in addition to functionality.
The SELF line of channels, featuring the SELF200 channel with a galvanised steel grid, were supplied on the 5 courts that were built in these important facilities, for load classes A15, which are ideal for pedestrian paths, bicycles lanes, and sports fields, among others.
On the other hand, in the exterior and underground parking areas, channels of the S and F lines were installed, which are especially designed for areas where vehicular traffic is continuous, such as car parks, industrial pavilions, loading and unloading areas, motorways, airports, etc. The channels provided were the F250K and S200F models, both featuring ribbed cast-iron grids, suitable for loads classes up to D400.
The work has been completed providing a specific response to each area, where the requirements were different, offering a solution for each need.
