Slotted grating, aesthetics and functionality
The slotted grating is part of an integral system, comprising grating, channel and accessible manhole unit for optimum maintenance of the drain line.
This is an inverted “T” shape model, which mainly stands out for its aesthetics, due to its perfect integration with the road surface (concrete, sett paving or flagstone), fully blending into the urban landscape.
It is an integral system developed by the Engineering Department of ULMA Architectural Solutions, adaptable to different channel models and available in a galvanised and stainless steel finish.
It supports a load class up to D-400 as per standard EN1433, suitable for road surfaces, pedestrian streets, hard shoulders and parking areas for all kinds of road vehicles.
The grating slots can be single or double for greater hydraulic efficiency, or lateral for installation in areas close to walls.
