Continuing with our policy to strengthen our position in the Italian market, ULMA Architectural Solutions has participated in the construction works for the Arese shopping centre to be inaugurated this coming April.

The Arese Shopping Center is the largest shopping centre ever to have been built in Italy, with a covered surface area of 120 m2. Strategically located in the heart of Lombardy, it will replace the old Alfa Romero Automobile factory with a "factory of sensations".


At this enormous site ULMA Architectural Solutions has installed over 1100 linear metres of drainage channels in the underground car park. The 200 mm wide MULTIV+ drainage channel range was installed, with the rapid fastening system and locking option.


The MULTIV+ drainage system provides in a single system: economy, reduced height, 8-point fastening and the ability to connect with cascaded slopes during installation. Therefore, the solution provided by ULMA fits the project requirements perfectly.
