More than 11,000 ULMA special gratings on 24 football pitches in Malaga

PRE REQUISITE:

Malaga City Council needed a solution to the problem of having to replace the gratings every year, due to rust and deterioration metal gratings suffer over time a costly problem that they asked ULMA to assist with.

ULMA SOLUTION: DEVELOPING A SPECIAL GRATING

Our proposal to this issue was to replace the existing gratings using a rustproof composite material, guaranteeing longevity of the grating & therefore safety of the users of these facilities. To meet specific needs, a new heel-proof grating was developed for sports use and pedestrian load class. More than 11,000 units of this special grating have been installed on 24 football pitches in different neighbourhoods of the city of Malaga.
