Copings, rain gutter and special column covers at Hotel Best Cambrils

We have participated in the renovation of this emblematic hotel of the Best Hotels chain. This building is located in the province of Tarragona, between the coastal towns of Salou and Cambrils.

The hotel is located next to the promenade and a few metres from the beach, which in turn is in the vicinity of services and one of the strong points for its customers.

Due to the salinity, humidity and the strong winds from the coastal area, the façades of the buildings on the beachfront deteriorate more easily.

For this reason, to refurbish this hotel, a material that is highly resistant to all these harmful agents has been chosen: polymer concrete.

Our material is ideal for this type of project in coastal areas, as it is virtually waterproof and, therefore, resistant to the humidity and salinity of the coast.

Its properties provide long durability to the pieces placed on the façades.

In total, we have supplied more than 2,000 metres of copings, gutters and special column covers from our standard line of architectural pre-cast concrete. Straight and curved rain gutters have been used, with the latter being placed as balcony finishes.
