ULMA Architectural Solutions supports the call of 8 March
The past 8 March was a day of vindication for the gender inequalities that exist in the world and to demand more social justice. A day of remembrance, tribute and reflection.
In this context, the women’s collective of ULMA Architectural Solutions intended to show their support for the international call for strikes, with a simple and symbolic initiative. At 10:00 am, they left the premises to form a circle of support. They proposed to wear black clothes and a bracelet or any other purple garment, and balloons were distributed to the nearly 50 people who participated.
Despite being a symbolic action promoted and organised from the women’s collective, all the people who were in the facilities that day and were invited at that time to join this demand, supporting the need to promote changes to achieve real equality between men and women.
