ULMA Forklift Trucks set to participate at the next edition of the Machine-Tool Biennial, invited by IK4-TEKNIKER
BIEMH 2016, to be held between 30 May and 4 June in Bilbao, is the largest industrial trade fair in Spain and the third largest in Europe thanks to the participation of the world’s main machine tool companies, offering technologically innovative products and great value added.
At this edition of the Biennial, the challenge relates to Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing, offering innovative solutions and efficient improvements for machine tools, components and accessories, process and manufacturing automation, amongst others.
ULMA Forklift Trucks will be exhibiting its development on-site, installed on one of its forklifts: its own fleet manager, seeking to provide specific and relevant information to improve its technical support service.
Organised by the Tekniker Foundation, the consortium includes the T-Rex Project, which is nearly complete, and is comprised of companies, prestigious technology centres and universities from European countries such as Germany, Finland and Italy; Spanish participants, in addition to ULMA, include Cie Legazpi and Esenergia Vortex.
