UMS holds conference to define a constructive culture that facilitates the achievement of its objectives

Based on the diagnosis of the Organisational Culture Survey carried out by the ULMA Maintenance Services Bodies, which took place at the end of 2018, a mixed work team composed of members of the Board of Directors and all members of the cooperative’s Intermediate Management met on Monday, 22 July, in Otalora in order to align the efforts and objectives of the entire executive line, pursuing the marked vision and the differential value of a SINGLE CUSTOMER-ORIENTED TEAM.
