MONDRAGON Corporation organised a new edition of this forum last Friday, 13 July, at the Kursaal, an event in which innovation was the protagonist and in which more than 300 directors of the cooperatives participated in order to share the challenges of digitalisation.

The event was also had guests including the Deputy Minister of Technology, Innovation and Competitiveness, Estibalis Hernaez and the Vice-Minister of Industry, Javier Zarraonandia, among others.

Experiences of cooperatives

During the day, several practical experiences of different cooperatives related to digitalisation could be shared, as were the cases of Maier, Batz, Danobatgroup, Erreka, Orkli, Eroski and Laboral Kutxa, and ULMA Servicios de Manutención, the latter of which is immersed in the process of transforming its business model and technology development towards a model based on solutions/services, rather than products. Machine sensorisation, management and data processing, customisation of products, etc. oriented to efficiency and customer service.
