ULMA Handling Systems, expert guest at the latest edition of the Basque Industry 4.0 congress

The 4th edition of the Basque Industry 4.0 Congress, to be held in the Guipuzcoa capital in Donostia, San Sebastián, on 22nd November 2017, will discuss the fourth industrial revolution under the slogan “Building a Smart Future”. The event will include experiences, trends, strategies, opinions, workshops, exhibitions and the vision of experts in the field.

The organisation believes that the industrial companies which lead the race towards digitisation in Euskadi, with ULMA Handling Systems among them, will be key to this process.

Mikel Altuna Alcorta, the Innovation Director at ULMA Handling Systems, will be the expert who will discuss the latest advances in warehouse logistics using robotic technologies in the new industrial era 4.0.

The latest edition of Basque Industry 4.0 is an event focused on ICET tools to optimise industrial processes. The event has been held on three previous occasions, and is now a consolidated meeting point with constant growth in figures on all levels. The last edition counted on 1700 attendees.
