A renowned company in the automotive sector has once again placed its trust in ULMA
The company's first automatic system was also developed by ULMA in 2016. Since then, logistics automation has allowed it to increase productivity, increase the traceability of its products, optimise the efficiency of its logistics process and, as a result, improve the service offered to its customers.
After this experience, the company has once again chosen ULMA Handling Systems for the development of a new automated warehouse managed by two mini-load stacker cranes and an automated conveyor system that will connect both storage areas. This new automated warehouse will be used for the sequencing of cable sheaths for cockpit assembly.
The project has been designed taking into account the high standards of the automotive sector (TIER) with the aim of improving quality and reducing delivery times, as well as reducing tension on the component supply chain and successfully adapting to customised production and deliveries.
