ULMA Construcción ups its presence in India with a major skyscraper in Bangalore
To achieve this, a rectangular design has been used locating all services and circulation elements in the central area. ULMA Construcción is contributing to this project with part of its product portfolio and significant material supplies. The building’s central core has taken shape combining BMK stairs in front of the floor slabs, with KSP interior platforms for the interior voids. The concrete cycle has been calculated at 9 days for each floor. The construction of walls of heights ranging from 4.2 to 5.5 m was implemented using ENKOFORM V-100. Since its subsidiary was founded in 2010, ULMA has managed to penetrate and establish itself in the Indian construction market. The outlook is encouraging as the sector is growing steadily thanks to significant public and private investment.
