The ULMA Group at the Be Basque Talent Conference employment forum
In the event, attended by 47 organisations, had a unique opportunity to present professionals with technical skills, high-level capabilities and extensive international experience, while providing first-hand information on the current and future situation of ULMA and the development and opportunities they offer in terms of career.
Discussing the mobility of talent, participating in thematic workshops and chatting in a more relaxed environment than usual has been very positive for ULMA, who had the opportunity to establish high-value-added personal contact with over 60 of the 137 professionals who attended the event.
The professionals appreciated the contact with the companies present and the information received about the projects and the economic-labour situation of the Basque Country today. In general, there is interest in returning home, although professionals seek to combine the idea of return with the family situation they have in the United Kingdom.
The commitment to generate high-added-value employment is one of ULMA’s main hallmarks, as well as reinforcing its commitment with people and the environment.
