Strategic Reflection Conference for 2013
In accordance with the ULMA Piping management model, on 14 and 17 December representatives from all ULMA Piping departments met to review the 2009-2014 strategic plan in order to revise/update the business objectives to be included in the 2013 Management Plan.

They were two days filled with analysis and reflection. Working groups were organised to identify the organisation’s main weaknesses and to take action in 2013.
All the participants had the opportunity to contribute and, above all, give their perspective from their area.
