Sinteplast to debut in 2019 its comprehensive intralogistics solution developed by ULMA Handling Systems

Jun 14, 2018
ULMA Handling Systems has designed and developed a comprehensive intralogistics engineering project, which will automate the receipt of the products in the warehouse, preparation of orders, and shipment.

Thus, SINTEPLAST will be able to increase its stock capacity to 13 million litres of paint. Additionally, it will increase its shipment from 250,000 litres per day to 500,000 litres per day in order to supply the needs of its customers and improve its service.

The new facilities of SINTEPLAST will have an automatic warehouse for pallets with more than 38 metres in height and an automatic warehouse for small containers, aimed at less bulky products, which will be linked to the area of preparation of orders by means of automatic STV transport..

The preparation of orders will be carried out through the product-to-man concept with the support of Pick to Light devices, enabling the preparation of up to 500,000 litres per day in the new Argentina-based facilities of SINTEPLAST.
