New organisational cultural survey at ULMA Handling Systems
This year for the first time the new Organisational Culture Survey was carried out at ULMA Handling Systems. In addition to measuring satisfaction, the survey aims to assess commitment and pro-activeness among worker-members.
The new survey makes it possible to carry out both an overall and local diagnostic, with the option of focussing the analysis and intervention at the group level (section, department, business, etc.) and to analyse the elements with the greatest impact on people’s behaviour and satisfaction, commitment, etc.
The project is in step with the Corporate Management Model.
