Footwear company, Inyectados Laura S.L, looks to ULMA Handling Systems to develop its automated storage system
Using a solution designed by ULMA, Inyectados Laura, is set to maximise its productivity ratios thanks to the new logistics system, which will employ a light conveyor system designed for plastic boxes and an automated storage system. The Automatic transport will connect the end of the production line process to the ULMA automatic storage system comprised of 2 Mini Load transelevators that will house the finished product pending preparation at picking stations.
ULMA has extensive experience in the footwear sector with brands such as Panter, where it implemented an entire automatic storage system, enabling the company to become a success story in its sector. In addition, the footwear company invested in logistics innovation by successively extending its managed facilities using transelevator unit load and mini load and a fully automatic picking system.
The Uruguayan firm Indutop, a textile and footwear design and distribution company, is another example where ULMA has developed a fully automated logistics system.
