Ulma Handling Systems
In 2019, Sinteplast will open its integral intralogistics solution developed by ULMA
ULMA Handling Systems has designed and developed an integral intralogistics engineering project, which will fully automate the entire process from the reception of the products in the warehouse, through order picking, to dispatch.
In this way, SINTEPLAST will increase its stock capacity to 13 million litres of paint. In addition, it will increase from dispatching 250,000 litres per day, to being able to dispatch 500,000 litres per day in order to supply its customers' needs and improve its service.
SINTEPLAST's new facilities will have an automated pallet warehouse with a height of over 38 metres and an automated small container warehouse for smaller products, which will be connected to the order picking area by automated STV transport.
The order picking will be carried out using the "product-to-man" concept with the support of Pick To Light devices, enabling the picking of up to 500,000 litres per day in SINTEPLAST's new Argentinean facilities.
