First aid lessons for parents

On Wednesday, June 21st, ULMA Group´s Health Area organized a sesión with theoretical and practical applications on first aid for children between 0 and 12 years of age.

The session took place in the Headquarters of ULMA. It was divided into a theoretical part and a practical part in which doctor Ekhine Zumeta and the nurses Maite Elguero and Mirari Malbadi taught us how to act in the event of a cardiopulmonary arrest or choking.


Firstly, they taught basic manoeuvres in the event of a cardiopulmonary arrest in boys and girls from 0 to 12 years of age. Next, they worked on prevention and aid protocols if choking occurs.


These talks offered by ULMA Group´s Health Service aim to address different aspects of prevention and health. They also answer the concerns or doubts that our workers have. This year the main topics discussed have been insomnia, causes and approach techniques or how to interpret clinical analyzes.
