New high speed flow wrapper FM 405 for hermetic MAP packing
ULMA presented at Interpack a new high speed MAP packaging machine capable of reaching 200 pack/min. Its sturdy construction and reliability are features where ULMA has placed special emphasis in order to be able to work at these levels of production.
Its targeted to sectors as meat, cheese, convenience food, bakery… that require a packaging with or without modified atmosphere.
This new model has been designed to meet the highest hygiene and cleaning requirements by equipping the machine with highest grade of stainless. The infeed conveyor has been designed to avoid the accumulation of dust and waste. It can also be cleaned with high-pressure water.
Another aspect that has been specially designed has been the ease of operation and the HMI with a 10" UPC control as well as the new Easy-tape system designed to simplify the automatic reel change.
