Ulma Construction
Innovative building technology applied to large residential complexes
Located in the municipality of Pomezia in Rome, the Symphony Village residential complex building project covers an area of over 75,000 m² and includes the construction of 14 three and four-story buildings and terraced houses for a total of approximately 470 residential units.
ULMA supplied ORMA panel formwork systems for beams, columns and walls and CC-4 aluminium modular formwork systems for the slabs. Their lightness, together with the ease and speed of assembly, have made them the ideal solution to meet the project requirements of the project, enabling their use even for less experienced workers.
ULMA’s experience in large-scale projects has been decisive in meeting this challenge. The project has had the continuous support of the ULMA team both in the design of the solutions and in the logistics of the project, ensuring the availability of the material and the punctuality of the deliveries, successfully supplying around 6,500 m² of formwork.
