"In ULMA Handling Systems’ 20 years of history in France, the quality, engineering and professionalism of the engineering company’s workforce have made it possible for our company to become a benchmark in logistics automation, with projects implemented in well-known companies in the large retail sector, food and beverage sector or the textile sector, among others", said Julian Garmendia, Director of ULMA Handling Systems France.

The engineering company currently has a market share of €200 million for the next two and a half years in projects it is developing for companies such as INTERMARCHÉ, PROCLINIC, ENTREPINARES, SYSTEME U, ELHIS, CÁRNICAS TELLO, BRIDOR, PAPELERÍA SAMSENG or RECAMBIOS MARINOS, among others.

In this context, it is worth highlighting the signing of an important agreement between the company LUG, belonging to the well-known French Supermarket Group INTERMARCHE, and ULMA for the execution of an ambitious logistics automation project. This project marks an important milestone in the history of ULMA Handling Systems, positioning it as the leading logistics engineering company in the Large Retail sector.

ULMA Handling Systems works hand in hand with companies that, regardless of their size, have a vocation for growth. In this sense, the engineering company has a wide range of small, medium and large-scale customers among very diverse sectors, ranging from food, beverages, large retail, textiles, pharmacy, ironmongery, etc.

Recently, the engineering company has moved its logistics operations centre from Serris to Orly, in an ambitious move to relocate in the nerve centre of France and Europe.
