The new school, which formerly housed the Military Hospital, is located in the Realejo district, near Alhambra. The architect of the work was Victor López Cotelo and the work was selected for the 2016 FAD Architecture Awards.

This system allows the use of grids up to load class C250, suitable for areas with transversal passage of vehicles, such as urbanised areas and car parks for light vehicles. The channels supplied were the U200K channel with FNX200KCCM grating and U150K with FNX150KCCM grating, both with resistance up to C250 load class according to the EN-1433 standard.
