Bueno has been hired due to a reorganization of the Brazilian subsidiary, in response to the expansion of its powers, which will now include businesses throughout Latin America. "This structural reorganization and the expansion of resources brings us even closer to companies seeking innovative automated solutions for their intralogistics, with a more accessible, high-level service to our customers", said Bueno, in his first words on accepting his new professional mission.

Marcelo Bueno has postdoctoral studies in Science from Unicamp and a solid career as an executive in the international environment: he has experience in B2B and industry, he has worked in the sales area of companies generating turnovers of over 100 million dollars and has worked for more than ten years in business management and P&L responsibility. In the last thirteen years he has developed business strategies in South America, capturing trends and best practices, understanding the culture of different markets and becoming a strong professional, prepared for challenges in different territories.

Bueno was the executive responsible for successfully launching companies in Brazil such as SDI do Brasil and SDI Intelligrated. At Knapp AG he fruitfully implemented a business unit in the retail fashion sector.
