First aid course
The course will be held on 26 March, at 5 pm at the ULMA Group gym in Oñati. It is targeted at the employees of ULMA and their families.

The purpose of this course is to provide knowledge on a series of rules of action in the event of a medical emergency, which can occur at any time in daily life. We will learn basic notions of resuscitation manoeuvres, or basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and the use of defibrillators.
The course will have an estimated duration of 90 minutes and will be taught by the ULMA health service.
