Francisco Etxaniz bids farewell to his professional life to welcome a well-deserved retirement after spending the last 8 years of his extensive career as Director of Technical Assistance/After-Sales Service at ULMA Handling Systems and more than 30 years of his professional career within the ULMA Group.

Eñaut Sarriegi enthusiastically takes over from Francisco Etxaniz, with the objective, in his own words, of "maintaining a close relationship with our customers, to protect them, to understand their needs as our own in order to offer proactive services that have a direct impact on their productivity", said the new Director.

In 2013, Eñaut was responsible for the business development of ULMA Handling Systems' Latin American subsidiary in Brazil, and since 2018, he has held the position of Director of UHS Services, a division within ULMA Handling Systems focusing on the reengineering and evolution of the installed base. September 2019 saw the merger of the Technical Assistance/After-Sales Service and UHS Services business units into a single Service business unit focusing on the life cycle and care of the installations of ULMA Handling Systems' existing customers.

Eñaut Sarriegi has been performing functions of increasing responsibility within the organisation for 10 years and his knowledge of the sector and of the actual business are the main guarantees of confidence, which will undoubtedly have a positive effect on the performance of his functions as the new Director of Services. He has a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of the Basque Country and an Executive MBA from Deusto Business School.

With this new appointment, ULMA reaffirms its commitment to place the customer at the centre of its activity and advance towards efficient intralogistics solutions that are more important today than ever before.
