The objective was to improve the efficiency of the buildings while maintaining aesthetic coherence with the appearance of the building of origin and its surroundings. That is why we chose the Earth texture and the porphyry colour of the Vanguard line.

This solution has provided multiple benefits to the facilities, as the external thermal insulation protects against weather adversities and represents an important energy saving. All this translates into a more comfortable and healthy environment for end users, thanks to the ventilated façade system.

The biggest challenge of the project was the execution time, which was carried out in 10 weeks, with 900 m2 of polymer concrete plates installed.
