Blood donation campaign

Sign up at the Medical Service of your cooperative by writing an email to osasuna@ulma.com. We must let Osakidetza know that at least 50 people will be there. Can we count on you?

This is what solidarity for the health of others is about!

Have you ever stopped to think that blood cannot be manufactured? You never know when you may need to receive blood. To give blood is to give life. That is why we encourage you to participate in this campaign of “Blood Donors of the Basque Country”.

An Osakidetza team will assist you and clarify any questions you may have. Before donating, you will undergo a simple medical interview to confirm that your health is adequate and that you weigh more than 50 kg, which is essential to be able to make the donation.

You do not have to fast beforehand. We only ask you to come with about 30 minutes of time so that, after the donation, you can rest for a while and drink plenty of fluids. We will offer you a small snack to help you recharge your batteries.

In addition, we will be raffling among all the donors a meal for two at the Mauxka restaurant, in Oñati.
